We take appropriate measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
All our cars are equipped with CCTV for the safety and security of our passengers and drivers.
When enabled, and only after you accept optional cookies, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure website visits, confirmed bookings and quote requests, and support advertising. Optional measurement is off until you agree. Essential storage supports your booking and remembers your cookie choice for up to six months.
You can accept or reject optional cookies using the cookie panel and change your choice using Cookie settings. Rejecting does not prevent booking. Withdrawing permission stops future measurement and reloads the page; it does not remove information already sent to Google.
Booking measurement includes an opaque transaction identifier and, for confirmed bookings, the quoted fare in GBP. A confirmed booking does not indicate that payment has been collected. Our booking events do not include your name, email, telephone number, journey addresses or booking access tokens. Google may process browser, device and ad-click information under its privacy policy.
